INDIANAPOLIS & MUMBAI, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dow AgroSciences LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW), has divested its European Dithane® fungicide business to Indofil Industries Ltd. of Mumbai, India.
