BALTIMORE, MD--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 5, 2008 -- The Board of Directors of Davis Calibration Services announced today the appointment of Mark Rohde, Sr., as Davis’ new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Rohde, a Vice President with JPB Enterprises, Inc. (“JPBE”), most recently served as President and CEO of Motif Design, a Tempe, Arizona-based commercial interior design and fabrication firm that had been acquired by JPBE in February of this year. Mark served as Motif’s interim CEO to implement and support JPBE’s strategic growth plan while the investment firm searched for a permanent CEO. Prior to joining JPBE, Rohde most recently served as President and COO of EMG, a Hunt Valley, Maryland-based national commercial real estate due diligence firm specializing in environmental, architectural, and engineering assessments. Prior to that time, he served as CEO of Network Building and Consulting, a Linthicum, Maryland firm specializing in cell tower and asset management solutions. His earlier career experiences ranged from President, Communications Solutions Group (Convergys Information Management), to Director of Business Development, Martin Marietta Information and Communications, and included various sales and marketing positions with AT&T. He was graduated by Loyola College with a B.A. Degree in mathematics and received his MBA Degree from Loyola College as well.

Lee Rudow, who has served as Davis’ CEO since JPB Enterprises acquired the Company in December 1999, has decided to leave the Company. In departing, Rudow said, “I leave behind a Company rich in tradition and well positioned for continued growth and global expansion.”
