(NASDAQ: DARA) announced today that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Seyer Pharmatec Inc. for the sale and distribution of Soltamox® (tamoxifen citrate, oral solution) in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. DARA plans to launch Soltamox later this year.
