SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cytori Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYTX) has closed and received the net proceeds from the subscription agreements with certain institutional investors that the Company entered into on May 30, 2014 to raise $10 million, before placement agent fees and offering expenses.
WBB Securities, LLC acted as placement agent for the offering.
