BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., May 15, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:CYCC) (Nasdaq:CYCCP) (Cyclacel or the Company), today announced that it is offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock in an underwritten offering. Cyclacel also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any. All of the shares in this offering are to be sold by Cyclacel.
