(Nasdaq:CYCC) (Nasdaq:CYCCP) (Cyclacel or the Company) today announced that it has closed the previously announced underwritten offering of 2,857,143 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.50 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $10.0 million. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 428,571 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
