Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal -- An incubator for biotech, defense and biofuels firms on the University of North Dakota campus in Grand Forks has lined up plenty of tenants, though it won’t open until fall.
The $14 million, 50,000-square-foot building is more than 90 percent leased, with six occupants ranging from Ideal Aerosmith, an East Grand Forks-based maker of aviation guidance systems, to firms developing pathogens for battling infectious diseases.
