Hayes brings more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and cancer diagnostics industries to the position, having held marketing management positions with Schering-Plough and Eli Lilly, as well as sales management roles with US LABS (now a division of LabCorp) and PLUS Diagnostics.
