COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CELSION CORPORATION (AMEX: CLN) today announced the appointment, effective October 1, 2007, of Nicholas Borys, M.D. to the position of Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. In this position Dr. Borys will manage the clinical development program for Celsion. Dr. Borys, who was most recently Chief Medical Officer at Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc., has accumulated extensive experience in oncology and all phases of pharmaceutical development while holding increasingly senior positions at Taiho Pharma USA, Cytogen Corporation, Anthra Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Amersham Healthcare, Inc. and Hoffmann La-Roche Inc.
