ALAMEDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Celera Corporation (NASDAQ:CRA) today reported net revenues of $40.0 million for the fourth quarter of 2009 that ended December 26, 2009, compared to $47.3 million in the prior year quarter. For the fourth quarter of 2009, Celera reported net income of $7.8 million, or $0.09 per share, compared to a net loss of $6.1 million, or $0.08 per share, for the prior year quarter.
