DURHAM, N.C. & BATTLE CREEK, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cancer Diagnostics, Inc. (CDI), a Durham, North Carolina-based industry-leading provider of anatomic pathology products, has acquired Anatech Ltd., (Anatech) Battle Creek, Michigan. Cancer Diagnostics’ founder and CEO Patrick O’Neill said, “The addition of Anatech means we will be able to provide even greater options for our customers and OEM partners and also allow for more control over our own manufacturing. We’re happy to welcome Anatech to the CDI family.”

Anatech has been supplying distinctive products for anatomical pathology since the company was founded in 1984 and will continue to operate out of its existing manufacturing facility in Battle Creek.
