BEDFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cambridge Heart, Inc. (OTCBB: CAMH) announced today that the Board of Directors has promoted Ali Haghighi-Mood, Ph.D., to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Haghighi-Mood replaces Chairman Robert P. Khederian, who has served as interim President and CEO since November 2006. In addition, Dr. Haghighi-Mood has also been elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Haghighi-Mood is the inventor of Cambridge Heart’s proprietary Analytic Spectral Method for measuring T-Wave Alternans, the technology central to the Company’s HearTwave® II Microvolt T-Wave Alternans System.
