Bard (NYSE:BCR) ended in mistrial today after a federal judge granted Bard’s motion to dismiss, according to court documents. Judge Joseph Goodwin declared a mistrial at 2:15 p.m. today, according to the documents, during the 2nd day of the trial. Goodwin halted the trial after witness Lennox Hoyte referred to Bard’s marketing of the devices; the judge had barred any reference to Bard’s decision to pull the transvaginal mesh product off the market last year.
