BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 2006--Bruker AXS Inc. today announces that it has acquired all of the shares of privately-held KeyMaster Technologies Inc. from KeyMaster's previous majority shareholder Advent International and other shareholders. The share purchase agreement for KeyMaster was signed and the transaction was closed simultaneously on July 18, 2006.
