Despite the downturn in the economy, a Kenosha medical device firm has grown from $2 million to $20 million in sales and added more than 100 full-time employees in just six years.
Guy Bradshaw, chief executive officer of Bradshaw Medical Inc., credits “great talent,” and the ability to continue releasing innovative products to its national customers.
Bradshaw Medical, which designs and makes orthopedic and spinal instruments for manufacturers such as Johnson & Johnson, Globus Medical and NuVasive Inc., recently issued two new patents for its instruments, bringing the total number of patents to 21, with another 12 pending.
