Charlotte, North Carolina (January 3, 2005) – Bourne Partners is pleased to announce that Jeremy Johnson has joined the firm. Mr. Johnson will be responsible for the origination and execution of a variety of M&A and cross border partnering assignments primarily with clients located in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Bourne Partners he was a Managing Director at Madison Keates LLC, a life sciences investment bank. He is a graduate of Georgetown University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in Spanish. He is the President of the Georgetown Alumni Club of Charlotte, North Carolina.
