PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 11, 2013 - MONMOUTH JUNCTION, N.J. -- MONMOUTH JUNCTION, NJ.–Authors Chaumet et al published an article titled Proteomic analysis of Interleukin enhancer binding factor 3 (Ilf3) and Nuclear Factor 90 (NF90) interactome in the journal Biochimie which identified Ilf3/NF90 interacting partners by affinity chromatography. The article cites NuGel™ Poly-Amine for use in a affinity chromatography protocol with applications for immobilization of proteins & ligands via affinity purification. In this paper purified L-Ilf3 or L-NF90 proteins were immobilized onto NuGel™ Poly-Amine resin via N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N0-ethyl-carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) coupling.
