(PINKSHEETS: BTMD) announced today that they have closed on the acquisition of Medical Laser Therapeutics, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, the sole general partner of Medical Laser Therapeutics, LP, a Texas limited partnership; and the majority limited partnership interest in Medical Laser Therapeutics, LP, for cash and restricted stock in BTMD. The purchase of the general partner and the majority limited partnership interest represent a 71.48% interest in Medical Laser Therapeutics, LP.
