As previously announced, the shareholders resolved at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 April 2013 to withdraw 3,394,375 shares, which had been repurchased under the company’s re-purchase program. Following withdrawal of these shares the number of outstanding shares and votes amounts to 69,861,330 as of 31 May 2013.
