(OTCBB: BIPH; FWB: BTN), a developer of next-generation medical technology, announced that it has filed today an amended Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2005. The amended 10-KSB was filed in response to comments the company received from the accounting staff of the SEC. The amendment does not reflect a restatement of the consolidated financial statements that were included in the original filing.
