BioNovelus’ Advisory Board seats individual entrepreneurs and senior cyber security / information technology (IT) executives with business, government and technical expertise useful for assisting in identifying, integrating and growing acquired companies.
Patricia Frost is currently a Director of Cyber for Partners in Performance, America where she heads the management consulting group responsible for reducing operational risk in the cyber area. She is also a Senior Advisor in the Thayer Leader Development Group, the mission of which is to help C-level teams take charge of their own leadership, deliberately shape their organization’s culture and creatively tackle their business challenges. Patricia is also President of Patricia Frost & Associates, LLC, an Executive management consulting firm that is focused on leadership, government relations, strategic communications and delivering measurable results.
For 31 years Patricia served in the United States Army retiring as a Major General. During her military service she served with distinction commanding units from the company to the brigade level. Her service is further distinguished by multiple combat tours in the Middle East while serving in command and staff positions. She also served as the Deputy Commanding General – Operations (Cyber, EW, IO), U.S. Army Cyber Command and the Director of Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Information Operations on the U.S. Army Staff.
