April 1, 2011 -- Biomedical Systems, a global provider of centralized diagnostic services, and PRL Central Laboratory Services (PRL), a comprehensive diagnostic testing laboratory, have formed a strategic partnership to market centralized digital pathology services for clinical trials.
The collaboration brings together two companies with similar history, culture and a dedication to quality service and customer care. PRL and Biomedical Systems will each provide their unique skills to this venture allowing Sponsor companies a comprehensive solution to their digital pathology needs. Biomedical Systems will provide the infrastructure, as well as clinical trial project and data management in conjunction with PRL’s in-house histology laboratory and 25 board certified pathologists.
