NEWTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BioClinica, Inc., (NASDAQ: BIOC) a leading global provider of clinical trial services, has signed a three-year, multi-million dollar deal with Cephalon, Inc. for clinical trial technology and support services. As part of the Service Agreement, US-based data management staff at Cephalon will be hired by BioClinica to support clinical efforts of Cephalon.
