(TSX-V:BTI) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a private placement of up to 1,000,000 units at a purchase price of $0.50 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the investor to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.60 per share for a period of one year. Bolder Investment Partners, Ltd. will be paid a 10% Finder's Fee in connection with the financing.
