Mr. Posner has been a private investor since 2008 and is President of Point Rider Group LLC, a consulting and advisory services firm. From 2005 until March 2008, he served as Chief Executive Officer and co-Chief Investment Officer of ClearBridge Advisors LLC, an asset management company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Legg Mason Inc.
