Beckman Coulter, Inc. Selects Kaidara To Increase Efficiency Of Support Operations

LOS ALTOS, Calif., Jan. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaidara Software, Inc., today announced that Beckman Coulter, Inc., a leading manufacturer of biomedical testing instrument systems, tests and supplies that simplify and automate laboratory processes, has selected the Kaidara Advisor knowledge management system to develop a central knowledgebase for its technical support operations. Beckman Coulter’s decision to proceed with the Kaidara solution was based on positive results they generated from an initial Proof of Concept testing phase. The initial Kaidara deployment is at their Immunoassay division with options in the agreement to include future deployments in other Beckman Coulter divisions.
