March 11, 2007 -- VisCorp (OTCBB: VSCO) has changed its name (and ticker symbol) to Tianyin Pharmaceutical (OTCBB: TYNP). In January, Tianyin Pharma completed a reverse merger with VisCorp, but kept the old name of the company until now. Tianyin makes modernized forms of traditional Chinese medicines.
