WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VaxyGen Vaccines Ltd. announced today the signing of a strategic collaboration agreement with the Serum Institute of India (SII). Under the terms of the agreement, VaxyGen Vaccines Ltd. will have exclusive rights to commercialize certain SII approved and pipeline products in North America and the European Union.
