TVI Corporation (NASDAQ:TVIN), a global supplier of equipment for first responders, military, and public health agencies for use in response to WMD and terrorist threats, today announced that the United States Army has awarded TVI a $1.4 million contract for the TVI Guardian Col/Pro(TM) system. These systems will provide U.S. Army bases with increased protection against chemical and biological threats.
