TriMix Laboratories today announced KRS Global Biotechnology has conducted testing on TriMix-gel compounds which allow the expiration date for patient usage to be extended to 60 days. TriMix-gel has been used as a needle-less alternative for patients who otherwise self-inject themselves with a needle/syringe filled with trimix liquid.

TriMix-gel is not self-injected with a needle. It uses the ED Gel easy applicator which stores, mixes and applies the gel without the patient having to self-inject with a needle. Also, this medicine does not have to be refrigerated and can be carried by the patient at room temperature. Patients who enjoy not carrying their medicine in ice packs now have up to 60 days to use their medicine.
