READING, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TranScrip is delighted to announce that it has made two recent additions to its Board, Dr Frank Armstrong and Dr Linda Summerton.
Dr Frank Armstrong was appointed a Partner of TranScrip and a member of its Board in September 2015. He brings extensive experience of growing organisations across all aspects of the current collaborative pharma environment. Frank has been non-executive chairman of AIM listed Summit plc (LSE: SUMM) since June 2013 and also for the last year of RedX Pharma a company which listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2015.
