MODIIN, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Top Care Korea Ltd., the Korean market leader in the high technological medical devices including capsule endoscopy, and Exalenz, a global leader in diagnostic device(BreathID® System) of gastrointestinal and liver diseases, announced on Dec. 23, 2007 the signing of a strategic agreement. The goal of the agreement is to build closer collaboration between the companies in marketing and product distribution in Korea. The agreement also grants Top Care Korea exclusive rights to distribute Exalenz’s BreathID® System in Korea. Top Care Korea has a plan to launch BreathID® System in first half of 2008.
