Sanford Rose Associates - San Diego Names Terryl Holzinger as New Principal

February 17, 2012 -- Terryl Holzinger joined Sanford Rose Associates in 2012 as a Principal. Leveraging more than 16 years of search experience, Terryl identifies creative executives capable of generating profitable growth for their employers in challenging environments. Most recently, Terryl was a Director in CTPartners’ Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice. In this role she served primarily biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device clients. She has placed CEOs, COOs, and senior general management executives responsible for key operations and functions.

Previously, Terryl was with IAC, where she was Director of Talent Acquisition for Ask.com. In addition to managing the activities of a recruiting team and key HR programs, she conducted searches for IAC companies including Evite, IAC Mobile, Dictionary.com and Bloglines. Terryl began her career in search with Fair, Issac & Company, where she focused on assignments in data analytics and financial services. Later she founded her own search firm, The Valentine Group. Her clients included Internet technology, life sciences, retail, and industrial manufacturing companies.

Terryl is a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies. A Big Sister for more than 10 years, she is a former board member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Marin and Napa Counties. Dedicated to outreach, Terryl also volunteers with ARTS, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering youth facing life challenges by providing innovative arts programs, and A Reason To Survive.
