Prior to joining RapidTrials, Vinick most recently served as CFO of WordWave, Inc., an international company specializing in capturing, disseminating and analyzing vital information in litigation support, broadcast captioning and DVD subtitling. For the past twenty years, he has served as CFO for a number of high growth companies in service businesses. “We are confident that Alan Vinick’s experience and skills will foster our plans for growth and expansion,” states Blumenfeld. “We are thrilled to add such a seasoned professional to our team.”
Vinick has more than twenty years’ experience in various healthcare services and related businesses. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Connecticut General Life Insurance Company’s HMO subsidiary and as CFO of two HMO companies -- John Hancock Health Plans, Inc. and Heritage Health Systems, Inc. In addition, Vinick served as CFO of: Orthopedic Services, Inc., a provider of artificial limbs and custom bracing; RehabClinics, Inc., an outpatient physical and occupational therapy provider; and Apogee, Inc., a provider of outpatient and inpatient mental health services.
Vinick earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Babson College, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a JD from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
