LAKE MARY, Fla., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Priority Healthcare Corporation announced that it received a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice(DOJ) requiring the company to provide the DOJ with certain information regarding the promotion and marketing of Actimmune, a product manufactured by InterMune, Inc.
The company believes that the materials sought by the DOJ are part of an ongoing investigation being conducted by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.
The company intends to fully cooperate with the Department of Justice.
