PGBA Wins National eHealthcare Award For Military Healthcare Web Site

COLUMBIA, S.C., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- PGBA, LLC, an administrator for the U.S. military’s TRICARE health benefits program, won a silver eHealthcare Leadership Award for its Web site, myTRICARE.com.

This national awards program, sponsored by publishing company Healthcare Communications, recognizes the best Web sites of healthcare organizations, online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, suppliers, and business improvement initiatives and had more than 1,200 entries this year.

PGBA’s Web site, myTRICARE.com, won the silver eHealthcare Leadership Award in the category of “Business/Process Improvement Applications or Products.” myTRICARE.com is a frontrunner in providing self-service for TRICARE customers. It was first to market with fully secure functionality for users to access their TRICARE claims information and was the first to deliver a real-time interactive Internet-based claims submission system with XPressClaim(SM).
