GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aptuit, Inc. announced today the appointment of Peter J. Adamski as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Adamski brings over 25 years of financial management experience in publicly traded and private equity backed companies, primarily in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Adamski most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barriersafe Solutions International, where he substantially revamped the company’s accounting, tax and financial reporting functions and was instrumental in the successful sale of the company. Mr. Adamski began his career at Arthur Andersen before joining Johnson & Johnson, where he spent 16 years in roles with increasing responsibility culminating in the role of Chief Financial Officer of McNeil Specialty Products Company, the division of J&J that manufactures and markets Splenda. Mr. Adamski is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA and BA from Rutgers University.
