WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pennsylvania Bio (www.pennsylvaniabio.org), the only statewide trade association representing the Commonwealth’s entire bioscience industry, announced today the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors: Dennis Jackman, Senior Vice President, Public Affairs, CSL Behring; Bruce Peacock, Venture Partner, SV Life Sciences Advisers LLC; and Dr. Arthur H. Rubenstein, MBBCh, Dean, University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Executive Vice President, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Additionally, Pennsylvania Bio’s Board of Directors elected Vincent J. Milano, President and Chief Executive Officer of ViroPharma Incorporated, as Chairman-Elect for 2011. Mr. Milano, a board member since April 2008, will assume the chairmanship following Pennsylvania Bio’s January 2012 Board of Directors meeting.
