Mr. Dhillon has over 12 years of senior management experience in the biotech industry. He was recently VP Finance & Operations, at Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc where he played a pivotal role in raising over $125 million of funding. His operating and corporate finance experience includes product development, raising new capital, merger and acquisition transactions and integration, partnering, US and international regulatory oversight, and P&L and cash management. Mr. Dhillon worked with the venture capital firm MDS Capital Corp., now Lumira Capital Corp., from 1999 to 2002. He has Board and Committee experience with multiple publicly traded early stage life science companies that have matured through pipeline developments and M&A transactions.
