George Barry, CEO of Mediware, said the company expects to post its thirteenth consecutive quarter of revenue growth, but that the present year’s net results continue to be influenced by the infrastructure build-out and market introduction of several key new products for the company’s pharmacy and blood bank management systems. He said the early positive response to the new product offerings continues. Additionally, the company’s new product offerings are releasing on schedule as evidenced in part by the announcement earlier today for the company’s MediMAR product. This new product release is a medication administration system designed to improve patient safety and reduce medication errors.
