Louis Hutchison Named President Of HealthTrans

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., Aug. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthTrans, a pharmacy benefit administrator, has promoted COO Louis W. Hutchison, Jr. to president. Hutchison is a co-founder of HealthTrans LLC. He is responsible for strategic planning and development for the organization.

Prior to co-founding HealthTrans in 2000 with Jack McClurg, Hutchison was president of Systems Xcellence USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Systems Xcellence, Inc. of Milton, Ontario, Canada, a software development company. Hutchison also held the titles of vice president of strategic operations, vice president of corporate development, and vice president of North American sales and marketing. He has extensive experience in technology, especially complex electronic financial management systems. His accomplishments include establishing the MoneyMaker ATM network and implementation of the first on-line credit card authorization system in South Korea prior to the 1988 Olympics.
