SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The parent company of Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (KCI) and LifeCell Corporation today announced that Joseph F. “Joe” Woody and Lisa N. Colleran will join the parent company’s board of directors. Additionally, Ronald A. Matricaria has stepped down from the board as of March 31. Joe Woody serves as KCI’s president and CEO, while Lisa Colleran serves as president and CEO of LifeCell.
