June 30, 2011 -- Jointown Pharmaceutical Group and 360buy.com expect to form a joint venture that will offer online sales of pharmaceuticals directly to consumers. Jointown is the third largest distributor of drugs inside China, and 360buy.com is China’s largest e-commerce business.
