Meer to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, succeeding David L. Weinberg, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Meer will direct and oversee the financial management, accounting and investor relations activities of the Company, effective immediately.
