Intrucept Biomedicine, a biotech company working to develop plant-based drugs to combat flu and the human immunodeficiency virus, will announce its move from Vacaville, Calif., to Owensboro at a news conference at 9 a.m. today. The company is headed by two former officials of Large Scale Biology Corp., which created the biomanufacturing facility that is now the headquarters of Owensboro-based Kentucky BioProcessing LLC.
