Wilstead has been selected as the President/Chief Executive Officer and Mark N. Thomas as Chief Financial Officer. These new leaders bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry to InteliStaf.
Michael S. Wilstead has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He was most recently the interim CEO of Carefx, Inc., a private healthcare information technology company. Prior to Carefx, Mike was President/COO of QuadraMed Corporation, a public healthcare IT software and Outsourced Services Company. He was responsible for all operations in his position with QuadraMed. Before joining QuadraMed, Mike served as a Group President for STERIS Corporation, a leader in microbial reductions and surgical equipment. At STERIS, his responsibilities included serving as General Manager of the outsourced services business and a member of the mergers and acquisitions team.
Prior to the STERIS purchase of AMSCO International, Mike held executive positions at AMSCO International including Vice President, North America. Additionally, Mike was the Founder and President of Rocky Mountain Medical, Inc., a medical equipment/home healthcare company.

He previously served in executive positions for Xerox Corporation and Fireman's Fund Insurance Companies.
