HealthSTAR Communications announced the appointment of Bob Muratore to Group President of Agency Services. The group includes advertising and public relations agencies within the HealthSTAR network of companies, including HealthSTAR Advertising, Inc. Muratore also serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Planning at HealthSTAR.
