Health Watch Holdings, Inc. Announces The Acquisition Of KEL Corporation d/b/a Pioneer Medical Systems

CHERRY HILL, N.J., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- HEALTH WATCH HOLDINGS, INC. (“Health Watch”) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of KEL Corporation, d/b/a Pioneer Medical Systems (“Pioneer”), located in Melrose, MA. Pioneer currently monitors approximately 45,000 subscribers. This acquisition brings the total number of accounts serviced by Health Watch at its response centers in Florida and Massachusetts to approximately 110,000. Health Watch is currently the second largest provider of Personal Response Systems (PRS) in the United States. Pioneer will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Watch and its management will remain with the company to facilitate its continued growth.
