Dendrite will provide Gedeon Richter’s Russian Federation based division with its sales force effectiveness (SFE) solution, expanding on a previous agreement to enhance sales force effectiveness for the company’s divisions in Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic. With the addition of this division, Dendrite’s SFE solution will now assist a total of 1000 of Gedeon Richter’s representatives with core sales force effectiveness enabling functions, including call reporting, targeting, advanced data sharing, data analysis and decision support, event management, territory planning and scheduling.
