Longtime Philadelphia-area biotech industry executive Dennis M. “Mickey” Flynn will take over as president of Pennsylvania Bio, a statewide industry trade group, effective Nov. 1. Flynn, the president of Puresyn Inc. of Malvern, succeeds Fritz Bittenbender, who is stepping down from the post to become senior director of corporate affairs for Cephalon Inc.
